Panel Fabricating & Coach Building

Our panel fabricating facillity and staff are capable of duplicating missing, rotted or destroyed panels or sections of panels of any body or fender. We can duplicate the wooden substructures for the oldest cars according to early coach building techniques. If what you desire is your concept, we can create a new custom designed body.

Authentic & Custom Paint

Whether your paint needs are authentic or custom, from bare metal to a high lustre finish, RU2 can give your car an award winning finish. Your car is painted in an environmentally controlled booth using state of the art HVLP spray equipment. Only the highest quality paint and substrates are used. Multi-step sanding, polishing, glazing and a final hand waxing are the procedure to achieve the flawless finish to win your car awards.

Upholstery & Convertible Tops

At RU2 we can duplicate the stitching, hand stuffing, fabrics and leather of your antique or classic car, or design and create the new high tech interiors for your street rods. We use fabrics with patterns and textures that duplicate the authentic style and feel of your car. The leathers are properly grained and finished. We duplicate stitches per inch insuring accuracy for show. Only the latest technology in upholstery products nd techniques are used by our upholsterer. Convertible tops can be copied to original specifications of fit and appearance.

Engine Rebuilding - Mechanical

Engines are rebuilt using the latest modern techniques to achieve driveability and reliability for your antique or classic car. Whether your needs are partial or complete, your engine can be rebuilt to original performance or modified to increase horsepower with the same meticulous care throughout the rebuilding process.

Street Rods and Component Cars

We are experienced builders of custom street rods and component cars. From the ground up or finishing a previously started project, at RU2 we can help you achieve the car of your dreams.

Seasonal Prep and Maintenance

When a car is brought out of storage, fluid levels, quality of coolant and level, brake adjustment and tire pressure should all be checked before driving. Before your car is stored at the end of the season the condition of the fuel should be checked or drained and the electrical functions checked. At RU2 we can service these needs.
